1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–6 working days, depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking link once your order is shipped.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small delivery fee of ₹49 applies.
3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can request a return after delivery as per our return policy.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and courier details. You can click the tracking link to see live updates.
5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. Our support team will help with a replacement or refund.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for wrong or defective products only within 3 days of delivery. A full unboxing video is required for approval. Check our Refund & Return Policy page for full details.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for most locations in India. Some pin codes may not be serviceable. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
9. What should I do if I entered the wrong address or phone number?
