Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and efficient to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
 You can request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
 To cancel your order:

     Please include your order number in all communications.

If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests sent via Instagram, Facebook, or any platform other than our official support channels will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
 If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then initiate a return request as per our [Return & Refund Policy].

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled.

  • Frequent cancellations of COD orders may result in the COD payment option being disabled for your future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds
 If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.). Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller Cancellations
trenditems reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • Invalid or incomplete address provided.

  • Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment system.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed (if payment has already been made).
